4. Follow bank transfer instructions

Payment instructions are supplied with the agreed commercial documents. Confirm the final amount and currency before arranging the transfer.

5. Agree the shipment

Dispatch origin, destination, transport and applicable formalities depend on the proposed order. Raise documentation and receiving requirements before confirming the proposal.
