Buying Branded Watches Wholesale: Reference & Quantity Checks

A watch order starts with the exact references. Choosing a brand, or finding two models that look alike, is not enough to define the goods your business intends to buy.

Start with the complete model reference

Record the model code with its punctuation and suffixes where they distinguish the watch. Keep that identity consistent in the selection list, enquiry and quotation review. If a supplier proposes a different reference, identify it as an alternative.

Brand browsing is useful for discovering an assortment. Reference search then makes the enquiry precise. In the Primevo catalogue, brand navigation and available filters help you prepare that selection.

Separate documented facts from open questions

Record the specifications actually available: movement, diameter, strap or another documented detail. A blank field does not prove that a characteristic is absent. It means the detail should be clarified if your buying decision depends on it.

Do not infer strap material, water resistance or movement from the appearance of a watch. Packaging, accompanying documents and warranty arrangements should also be clarified for the proposed offer.

Build the quantity list

Use one line for each reference and required quantity. If the purchase combines several brands, identify which lines belong to the same buying project and which alternatives are acceptable. The total describes the volume, while the individual lines allow availability to be assessed.

Primevo’s current watch process starts at 10 watches in total, with selections from one piece per reference. Quantities across brands contribute to the volume tier.

Understand the basket and volume tiers

The current tiers are 10–49, 50–149, 150–299, 300–499 and 500 or more watches. The basket may display base prices and a volume estimate at different stages. Primevo reviews the selection and confirms the final amount before payment.

Reaching a volume tier does not confirm stock. Watch conditions should not automatically be applied to a perfume sourcing project either.

Match the quotation to your brief

  • Brand and full model reference for each watch.
  • Requested quantity and proposed quantity.
  • Documented specifications and remaining questions.
  • Proposed presentation, packaging and warranty arrangements.
  • Availability, unit prices and currency.
  • Transport, destination and the components of the final amount.

Resolve the remaining questions before accepting the proposal. A missing or substituted line needs explicit review even when the overall number of watches looks right.

Check the professional account

Signing in alone does not grant confidential trade pricing. The account must be approved and connected to the right business. Where relevant, select the correct business location. Contact Primevo if access is incomplete; do not prepare an order around an assumed price.

A brand’s presence in the catalogue does not establish an official distributor relationship. Availability, documentation and commercial conditions are assessed for the proposed transaction.

Prepare the next step

Explore the watch brand directory and the wholesale watch service. Include your delivery country at the enquiry stage so that the international arrangements can be reviewed.
