A tester needs to be identified as precisely as a retail fragrance. Primevo assesses professional enquiries according to the presentations offered and their availability.

Compare clearly identified presentations

The fragrance name and bottle size do not fully define an offer. Specify the concentration and required presentation: retail product, tester or another explicitly described format. Do not substitute one presentation for another without agreement.

Ask about the packaging details

For each offer, ask whether a box is included, what type it is, whether the cap is supplied and what markings appear on the bottle or packaging. These details vary by product and lot: the word ‘tester’ does not confirm them by itself.

Prepare an unambiguous list

Use separate columns for brand, fragrance, volume, concentration, presentation, quantity and open questions. If a retail product is also acceptable, request a separate price line so you can compare both options.

Check the fit with your business

Explain the intended use and destination market. Review the available information and documents for the proposed lot, together with requirements relevant to your sales channel. A photograph or barcode alone cannot establish every one of these points.

Request a professional proposal

Send your list to Primevo. Minimum quantities, exact presentation, availability, price and delivery are confirmed for each offer. Professional prices remain reserved for approved businesses. Do not assume one presentation will always cost less than another.
